The Northern Virginia Clean Water Partners (NVCWP) represents a partnership between Northern Virginia local governments, schools, independent water and sanitary sewer authorities, businesses, NVRC, and the Virginia Coastal Zone Management Program that have a shared goal to work together to keep residents healthy and safe by reducing pollution that reaches local creeks and rivers.
The NVCWP conduct an annual Only Rain Down the Drain campaign through tv advertisements, social media, publications, and a website, onlyrain.org, to inform citizens how they can make a difference to improve water quality and source water protection.
