Fredericksburg Area HIV/AIDS Support Services (FAHASS) offers:
  • Advocacy to enable clients to obtain services
  • Confidential HIV testing is available Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Dental care
  • Emergency food assistance
  • Health insurance premium and co-pay assistance
  • Housing assistance (HOPWA)
  • Medical case management
  • Medical services (by appointment, primarily in Warrenton. A comprehensive clinic including Medical Case Managers is available on the first Thursday of each month.)
  • Medical transportation assistance
  • Medications assistance
  • Mental health services
  • Substance abuse treatment
  • Support groups
  • Other support programs

  • City of Fredericksburg
  • Towns of Culpeper, Warrenton, Remington, Orange, Madison and Gordonsville
  • Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, Rappahannock, Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania and Stafford Counties
  • Westmoreland County for HOPWA only
